Glenfinnan viaduct renewals work

Our £3.4m project to help futureproof the Glenfinnan viaduct is now underway. This is part of a wider programme to run a safe and reliable railway for our passengers and freight customers.

The work is being delivered over the next 11 months, until March 2025. Please be reminded, that there will be no disruption to rail services caused by the work and no change to the appearance of the structure when complete.

We will be holding a small community drop-in event. This provides those who live near the viaduct an opportunity to ask questions directly to members of the project team.
